Since it was recorded during the '80s, the production techniques aren't as warm and inviting as his classic '50s and '60s recordings; it isn't quite as endearing, even if his voice has lost very little of its famous smooth suppleness. For dedicated fans, it's worth hearing, but only after they've exhausted his Christmas records from the '50s, '60s and '70s.
