[00:00.00]90听音乐网 www.90T8.com [00:00.21]Social anxiety is completely normal [00:02.85]You're not weird [00:03.91]You 're just never taught the people skills that make connecting with people easy [00:08.13]Most people think that means making eye contact or having a foreihand shake [00:12.71]But we've all had those moments [00:14.43]Where someone crushes your hand or stares into your soul [00:17.81]Making the interaction even more awkward [00:20.13]So in the next few minutes [00:21.11]I'm going to share with you [00:22.23]How to actually improve your people skills [00:24.69]Even if your interrovert like i was these are the strategy that took me from an awkward narty programmer to raising money from mark cuban and skiing with richarberins [00:33.94]So if you want to stop feeling awkward and start nenecthis this [00:37.12]How you do do ststart with remembering names [00:39.94]Now i know you're like i'd ve heard this before no you haven't truth is if you forget some his name [00:44.84]And you call them buddy the problem [00:46.34]And i can like you they definitely won't show any respect [00:49.04]And if you want respect mother people you must first show respect [00:52.66]Now i get this crazy idea for how to remember names [00:55.00]You'll make it full proo for you [00:56.48]I like to think of a weapon [00:58.24]I would use to kill them with their name [01:00.15]I know this is weird [01:01.31]But like for aon it would be an an x for sam [01:04.45]It would be a saw [01:05.51]And i played this little game in my head [01:07.69]And it's funny [01:08.37]Because making it so while actually makes it really easy to remember [01:13.25]I don't know why it's is little trtrk of a onona for long time [01:15.77]No one not a psychopath [01:16.85]I'm just tell me [01:17.45]Somebody started to me [01:18.29]Once [01:18.49]I said that's really smart [01:20.13]Now i do have they back up [01:22.19]Because i literally meet thousands of people per months [01:25.81]And i even joking i do social medievents ts in sh hundreds of people there [01:29.03]And i introduce myself to everyone [01:30.70]And i'm trying to learn their names [01:32.76]I think it's really important [01:34.04]So my backup is this [01:35.20]If i'm with my wife [01:36.26]I'm with a friend [01:37.40]And i meet somebody [01:38.42]And i introduced them to the person [01:40.62]I know they know to ask the person's name [01:43.80]Because that tells them [01:44.84]I forgot their name [01:45.86]But here's the ultimate secret when people tell me [01:48.64]No [01:48.78]Then just have a hard time remember names [01:50.74]No you don't [01:51.88]You don't have hard time remember names [01:53.56]No you don't problem with making it imporant me then totold you this person remember names [01:59.58]If you could member their name in twelve months [02:01.59]And if you did i would give you a million dollars cash [02:04.49]My got tells me [02:05.57]You had one hundred percent remember their name [02:07.59]So what's the difference your desire [02:10.55]And if you can lean into that [02:12.39]You will make this a second nature skill [02:14.97]And it will separate you from everybody else [02:17.55]But once you've open up a conversation [02:19.71]Most people try too hard to sound smart in connection only happens when you stop talking and start asking i'm over one time [02:27.35]Body body mine text minutes [02:28.27]Can i get fifty minutes to your time [02:29.33]And like [02:29.97]Yeah No [02:30.57]No problem [02:31.13]Let me know i can help [02:32.11]And we get on the call [02:33.35]And i sat there for ourteen minutes in thirty seconds listening to him [02:37.99]Talk talk talk [02:40.44]And i only had fifty minutes [02:41.94]And then i had to go [02:43.22]And that very i said hemman appreciate the context [02:45.76]But how can i help [02:46.64]He wasn't prepare [02:47.96]He talked for most of the time [02:49.56]And this question that he had wasn't even really good question [02:52.36]See what i've learned [02:53.44]Is most people are not prepared to have the conversation [02:56.38]Most who are not prepared to interact with other people [02:58.40]And because of that they sometimes come off is awkard [03:01.54]So this is something one of my billionaire mentor said to me [03:04.24]Because i watched him interact with dozens of people diner once [03:07.12]And he didn't dn't say one thing about owwso [03:09.58]He said i good talk about me dam [03:12.15]But already know everything i know [03:13.85]I want to know what other people want to know [03:15.65]I thought that was so fascinating the way we do that is by asking questions [03:20.23]That's why i teach the seventy twenty ten role [03:22.67]Seventy percent you want to be listening [03:24.31]Because you've ask really good questions [03:26.23]You just sit back the other twenty percent of the time you want to be talking [03:29.39]Because you're 're answing ing their questions [03:31.19]Because what's going to happen to ask them a good question [03:33.81]And the other ten percent is offering ways to help see [03:37.03]When you ask questions at a very pointed in directional [03:40.46]Then you can find opportunities to essentially make introductions or offer your services [03:45.38]Or just honestly be a listening year [03:47.90]Some people think that like i can be held focus [03:50.48]I'm not that impressive [03:52.02]No you can just by saying wow [03:54.14]That's amazing [03:54.88]Or that's really impressive [03:56.22]Or you should be proud of yourself [03:57.30]Whatever you want to be the cheerer leader [03:59.58]Suppsupporthat ten percent is how you actually create connection with people [04:02.46]It actually reminds me of courall [04:04.54]I had the other day where i was talking the company [04:06.64]I was involved in [04:07.46]And they were having a financial issues around struresrestive of some find dancing [04:11.31]And i knew the perfect person with my billionaire mentor [04:14.19]Tom and i message [04:15.29]Tom and i said [04:16.27]Hey Tom [04:16.87]Here's the situation [04:17.95]I game the the bullepoints [04:19.25]If you have seven minutes [04:20.89]I love to get your perspective on this [04:22.87]And he was at a hockey game [04:23.97]He's i'll call you when i'm done and a madestara box [04:26.65]And i walk outside [04:27.35]When he calls and i answer [04:29.13]And i sit there [04:29.69]And i listen to him [04:30.91]Give me advice [04:31.99]And then i asked a few questions [04:33.37]He gave me more advice [04:34.61]And then gave me some different perspectives in different concept to ask one or two other questions [04:38.53]And then we're done when i hang up [04:40.05]And i look that my phone [04:41.48]It said seven minutes remember texin a marday [04:44.08]After i said how i do exactly someis with the screen shot [04:46.36]I think that's a perfect flow of trying to connect with somebody that obviously knows more and not waste time time [04:51.80]So these are just a few questions [04:53.38]That you will see me ask all the time ii meet somebody new first off [04:57.26]How did you get started [04:58.36]I'm genuinely curious [04:59.60]If you build something magical or achieve something great [05:02.34]I want to know where did it come great [05:03.94]And it turns out [05:04.96]People love to talk about themselves [05:06.62]I know i do so ask them [05:08.26]That question second one is if you see get the vvand or 're at a dinner party [05:12.71]Yes [05:12.81]Somebody else has just ask them [05:14.27]How do you know this person [05:15.63]The other day i was in awesome with one of my team members [05:17.91]Opten [05:18.69]And it was been a little awkward with people [05:20.79]He was meeting as like brow just ask them [05:23.21]First they know dam and watwatch them tell you this story [05:27.07]And then from there you can be more curious [05:29.55]But everything else you're doproud of that is kind of weird [05:32.09]Why is the next day i went for wrong with my body damand and opin first question asthem [05:36.49]Hey west [05:36.99]How do you know am am hewest one offer six seven minutes sound about our story things [05:40.98]That i didn't even know about who [05:42.52]He knew that knew me [05:43.66]And how we actually got connect it was actually kind of interesting and west and often built relationship from that the biggest cheecocoto ask amaquesis is alnaname [05:52.40]Twtwen heheand what what tions [05:54.38]But people skills aren't just about what's said you'll get way further head [05:59.60]If you communicate energy over ideas now if you've ever met me [06:03.58]If you've hey in how's going [06:04.98]You'll always hear me say i'm king [06:07.68]Aazing king [06:09.00]King increble whaw and the reason [06:11.41]Why is because that that's the energy [06:14.11]And now i might have had a really tough morning [06:16.21]I will still say incredible see people won't remember what you said the facts [06:20.51]The information [06:21.13]The stories [06:22.01]The details [06:22.43]But they'll always remember how you made them feel [06:25.27]And if you're somebody [06:26.17]Every time i see you [06:27.05]You're smiling your energetic [06:28.87]You're feeling good about life [06:30.15]You're grateful [06:31.39]And somebody i want around me [06:32.97]What's fast thing is i see a lot of young people worry about not being that valuable or having skills that are interesting other people or have done anything exciting with their life [06:42.98]Have a boylittle little [06:44.08]Every time i talk to him [06:45.36]He's got a government job [06:46.92]He's doing great in life [06:47.84]He's doing this thing [06:49.24]But he's excited for me [06:50.96]He's genuinely curious [06:52.28]When i tell him about a win [06:53.32]He's helh [06:53.80]Yeah Brgh [06:54.24]I can't believe you did that [06:55.22]That's crazy [06:56.24]I member [06:56.64]I went [06:56.92]I interview new dana wiite from the usa [06:59.06]And he was the first person [07:00.32]I called afterwards why because i knew he would be the most excited for me [07:04.32]Being a positive force in sunday's life is valuable [07:07.78]Now i know this is hard for introverts watching [07:10.65]But bear with me the easiest thing we can be for other people is positive [07:15.07]There's actually the scientific word led [07:17.01]Led dispositional optimism [07:19.11]And is essentially you being a person [07:21.11]That defaults to optimistic perspections on the world [07:23.71]Or what i call api assume positive intent find the good in every situation [07:30.05]So even if you're little introverted [07:31.65]And you get energy taken from you in your act with people [07:34.47]When you do talk to them just be positive [07:36.93]But the situation [07:37.97]This is what i tell people [07:39.01]When they're like how do i inctaed manerity first off prime yourself before i walk in the room [07:44.26]Especially it's an important room [07:45.72]I do push ups [07:46.66]I do airsquad [07:47.48]I jump up and down [07:48.26]I do breath wd i have a mental montri repeat to myself [07:52.04]I want to prime my mind and my body to be available to the body about interact with second things [07:58.06]I want to increase my volume [07:59.66]I don't yell [08:00.56]But i project i tali [08:03.32]I'm clear [08:04.14]I emphasize the syllabels on the words [08:07.40]You want i'm doing there [08:08.00]And trust me as somebody that how how lot the really asand and not clear [08:11.85]I'i've learn slow low down [08:14.39]But say it with more precision [08:16.47]The other thing thing do is i talk with passion [08:19.21]You know the truth is [08:20.65]Is i don't want to talk myself [08:22.11]I'm not interested in [08:22.95]So i don't do surface level [08:24.85]If you ask me about the weather [08:26.09]I'm going to asked about your deepest [08:27.35]Woo't [08:27.97]But i'm just kay [08:28.65]Don't [08:28.83]Don't go there too quick [08:29.67]But i'm just saying like talk about the things [08:32.07]You love talk about the exciting project [08:34.59]You worked on on the weekend [08:35.63]Talk about your new idea [08:36.81]Talk about the possibility of ai [08:38.65]Like it's people going but community key passion in your language [08:42.46]If what you say is muted or flat [08:45.38]It just doesn't have the opportunity connect with people [08:47.64]But it's not enough to just amp up your energy you have to be careful to read the room [08:52.48]It's kind of like merging onto the highway [08:55.06]If you're in your carter ters a lot of traffic [08:57.12]Like you gotta look [08:58.14]You got to decilook who's to to what speed and how do i comfortably merge into that land [09:03.72]If you're 're a room [09:05.32]Room [09:05.44]Everybodyytaltalet et all over side seven gets quiet [09:08.40]You notice that people start disapate ate [09:11.11]Maybe that's your 're ue the exit stage left just the concept of understanding [09:15.91]When a conversation is done and being first technoledge dge moving on [09:19.75]Will allow you to remain as somebody who can read the room [09:23.75]You're not sit there [09:24.85]Awkwarard dly i mean [09:25.99]I can't tell you like most nice people are not going to tell you to leave [09:29.35]But the same time if the reason you came to have a conversation is done [09:32.67]Just be like appreciate the time and move on [09:34.59]You don't have to sit there in way to be dismissed [09:36.83]The other big idea is to understand there's a difference [09:39.33]How you community in a big room [09:41.96]Versus one on one [09:43.64]You know it's kind of like the same difference between talking king to didies or coworkers [09:47.56]Vers or gramma [09:48.34]You know when i do my kings's club gramm [09:50.56]Because of the energy of these fifties sixteen year old young men [09:53.62]I'm slowing things down [09:55.00]I'm getting down on their level [09:56.28]I'm looking them in the eyes [09:57.54]Which is completely tely difference that i [09:59.34]I'm talking to like high tech very motivated very successful tech consumneurs [10:04.02]I'm like look guys [10:05.08]This is what we need to do you underunderand [10:07.06]And it [10:07.34]This is the pat different energies based on breeding room [10:10.93]So the one hack that i have illness is a concept of pause and observe [10:15.23]Sometimes if you sit back [10:16.91]You may look and say [10:17.97]Oh [10:18.33]There's an introvert [10:19.37]Maybe this person is to be pulled into the conversation [10:22.19]Or you might see somebody else that's like me and talkey turkey tuckey and go [10:26.01]Oh [10:26.49]I'm going to stand over [10:27.29]There just listen and find an opportunity to amamlify add value or give [10:31.89]Give a compliment understanding what's going on in the room and adadsting your energy [10:37.11]Gy those people is a gain changing move [10:40.09]And h people totally unrestimate how to use their words to open other people up [10:45.54]And this is how a simple comment can feed their ego [10:49.54]It's actually interesting the other night i had dinner [10:51.64]What somebody i had met before [10:53.06]And they made a comment about my king's club program [10:55.56]And made a genuine compliment [10:57.78]The fact that they notice pay the tention tion my game ing [11:00.94]That compliment mayme like them more just human nature so use it in your favor [11:05.88]This is an interething i've learned on this topic is that for you to give a genuine liment to somebody [11:11.39]You have to state something that they also believe to be true for my kids [11:15.61]For example [11:16.15]I might say you know [11:17.99]Watching you play with your friends and always laughing is awesome [11:20.89]And that's how i know you're such a good friend to them [11:23.25]See if i just say there's such a good friend to them [11:24.99]They might dismiss that i say that i notice are always playing and laughing with your friends [11:28.89]They go yeah that's true [11:29.97]And then i make the compliment [11:31.45]Then it connects it that's a very advance move [11:33.95]That nobody talks about them [11:34.97]See the truth [11:35.67]This is most people give compliments [11:37.71]That they [11:38.15]They could say anyone like you're contents great or you have nice blue eyes and i'm sktting ating [11:43.06]They don't say that to it to my face [11:44.58]But i do say to my dm and appropriate [11:47.14]But i just think like being genuine [11:49.66]And trying to find something that is unique to them look not so obvious is actually the move make it specific something detail show them that you're paying attention [12:00.64]Complementefeffort [12:02.22]You know when i'm hiking a mountain [12:03.66]My kids are like stressed out [12:05.00]Breaking out about like how much further we go [12:06.74]I just stopped [12:07.38]And i say hey [12:08.08]Look at the look far we've cup this is incredible [12:10.75]Like you should be really proud of yourself for the distance [12:12.95]We traveled so far [12:14.51]Even though they're feeling a little beat a from how far they get to go [12:16.95]And then you get to follow it up [12:18.53]You [12:18.91]You to ask some a question of interest [12:20.29]You got to say like hey [12:21.91]I just want you know i'm really impressed with ve ve in here from your team [12:24.69]You know they say that you're something that leads with a tegory and heart [12:27.57]How did you get started [12:29.01]And you say the compliment [12:30.13]And then you ask them a question [12:31.33]You want a bridge [12:32.23]Or you might say hey it's so crazy [12:34.61]Every time i talk to people [12:35.59]Who know you [12:36.19]You always say say the same thing [12:38.37]Say say you're kind [12:39.07]Kind in your generous [12:40.13]And you give a lot [12:41.38]I'm just curious [12:42.32]Like when you build this business [12:44.42]Did you ever face adversity and challenges [12:46.42]That almost made you question to keep going see [12:48.64]Asking a question on the back side of of compliment [12:51.10]Mathe perperson realize that you pay attention [12:53.38]And you are genuinely interested in the answer [12:55.76]But creating value for people isn't just about what you say [12:58.92]If you want next level connections [13:01.46]You have to be the connector [13:03.56]Not too longer is in often attending a far ar event at the track [13:07.22]There at koda and one of the things [13:08.82]I like to do as soon as ii king go up to somebody don't know [13:12.15]Introduced myself ask them you know how to get connected to the group [13:15.69]What kind of car ther drive and obviously relevant questions to what i'm doing [13:19.41]And then once i get to know who they are i'll go and introduce myself to somebody knew [13:23.27]And then ask them if they know the first persons so i come in [13:26.11]I meet guy named john [13:27.55]Ask all about john turns out is really cool car is get several forries [13:31.37]And then i memeet jon n talking about marmary and it turns out his car is the same car is john gy and say well don't know john and ii don't know john [13:38.37]And say well marry let me inroroduce you john n so go over there [13:41.02]Introduce some marmarty and john these are talking [13:44.32]And i notied his wife was staying there [13:45.60]And she wasn't anything [13:46.50]And i said hey [13:47.12]I'm dance [13:47.48]She gooh i'm sarah [13:48.32]And says so nice [13:48.86]Meithe is john your husband well he is so fun [13:51.32]That you're here watching this [13:52.76]And then i just kept going around the room doing this [13:55.28]And by the end of it [13:56.30]I had connected everybody to each other for very appreciated this so much [14:00.68]That if [14:00.94]If you ehave have in town [14:01.82]Even if you don't have your car back let us know [14:04.44]We'd love to have you back [14:06.00]That is the value [14:07.24]You can bring by doing nothing more than connecting people to each other [14:11.95]Doesn't matter what you say [14:13.37]Doesn't matter what you've done [14:14.61]Doesn't matter what 've got [14:15.53]The ability to connect people to each other is the value here's a wild idea [14:21.29]I believe every person is one conversation way from achieving their dreams [14:26.60]I've seen this happen over and over again from the way i've met a business partner to finding opportunities [14:32.20]I'm about to buy house in another country [14:34.04]And it all came because of a dinner conversation and event [14:37.32]That i didn't even expect to meet the person [14:39.18]That can make that happen [14:40.20]That is the power of conversations [14:42.76]So these are my favorite ways to introduce people to each other first off [14:46.52]I like to be the wing men [14:48.04]You know so have i'm there with my co founder [14:50.36]Somebody i work with [14:51.56]And i go meet somebody knew [14:52.78]I asked him [14:53.44]If they met that person [14:54.90]If they say don't have met them first [14:56.14]And then i breg them up [14:57.53]I talk about them [14:58.41]I was that south by southwest back in the day with my coo ounder eathing [15:02.59]And i did this thing [15:03.35]Where i go up the hallway [15:04.39]We're walking down [15:05.41]And i meet somebody knew [15:06.65]And i say well have you met eath in co founder from flota [15:09.23]Yet they go [15:09.91]No I go Oh [15:10.51]My gosh [15:11.05]He'll never tell you this [15:12.33]But he's a genius [15:13.19]He literally started off as a frestyle upper [15:15.35]He's got his degree and economics [15:16.89]And he's the technical mind even though is the business ceo of this product [15:20.93]He would never tell you this [15:22.01]But he's a frequent genius [15:23.83]And then he'd walk up [15:24.69]And i'be like go [15:25.21]This is eeiy in the person like [15:26.78]Like hh [15:27.26]And when i meet you [15:28.30]I memelike why's everybody so friendly to me [15:30.44]And i'm like do de i bright you a big time [15:32.90]It is abably fafavthing thing to do the other is to create a bridge [15:36.36]Is to find an uncommon commonality [15:38.68]My buddy [15:39.42]Jason in gina ner has has eevanzed mmt [15:42.14]He does this at the highest mmt [15:44.34]So when he organzed the event [15:45.86]Litererally organzed the whole room and every person is sitting next to another person [15:50.28]Because he's created a bridge [15:52.02]Between things [15:52.74]He knows about them and the person sitting next [15:55.10]And i'm talking weird thing like he [15:57.25]He said these two people together [15:58.65]Because are both pilots these three people together [16:00.67]Because they all have olympic medals [16:02.11]It's wild for him to do that [16:04.01]And it doesn't tell you why [16:05.33]But you know that he's created a bridge [16:06.79]And then you're talking to the people sit next you searching for the reason [16:09.75]He sat you next to them [16:11.19]It's one the coolest things watwatch one of my favorite things to do for the people [16:14.27]The other thing is to reopen a story [16:16.79]If you know a front of yours ers a crazy story [16:19.17]Ask them to share it [16:20.53]It creates an opportunity for them to tell a crazy story [16:22.91]That might create connection and relevance [16:25.41]Or just have a good things time among the people [16:27.72]People that might ststanding there [16:28.90]Then [16:29.08]Then last last protive is asking questions to get to a place [16:33.00]Where you can figure out what they need most in their life [16:36.24]And then offering a connection to somebody [16:38.28]You know somebody they can solve it [16:40.44]That is probably my favorite ways to have value [16:43.00]Because i know i don't know everything [16:44.76]But i do know a lot of people [16:46.52]And they know everything so being able to ask somebody like or you're running event there [16:50.90]Or yy somebody that's in that city [16:52.64]No let me connection to the person [16:54.12]Or y sounds like you have in our time with facebook marketing [16:56.83]My body is one of worword's best [16:58.15]Did you want an introduction [16:59.35]Just this morning i texted it a friend [17:00.89]That was working on some a state planning stuff [17:02.85]Super technical tax stuff [17:04.65]Guess what not an expert [17:06.27]My body gar gandson son the worldexpert [17:09.07]So i made the introduction [17:10.41]That is one of the best wastto increase your people skills not be awwward ard anything thing d the most value to the person around you [17:17.53]But the biggest problem mi see people make is over thinking [17:20.67]And if you want to set up every interaction [17:22.61]Wwin hesitate now now you remember [17:25.19]When you were single [17:26.01]Maybe you are [17:26.58]Today you walked into a barand you saw a beautiful person [17:29.02]You're like [17:29.34]Oh [17:29.52]My gosh cambolies are here [17:30.70]Who is that person [17:31.42]I need to kk them [17:32.26]Not yet [17:32.56]Not not [17:33.08]I need drink ink [17:33.78]First you know you kind of like stop and weight [17:35.64]The problem is [17:36.12]Is they saw you in the room and an hour later [17:38.70]When you finally build up the couge [17:40.12]And you go over there [17:41.14]It's kind of out of the blue and a little awkward [17:43.28]The best thing you could possibly do [17:44.82]When you walking on it [17:45.54]And you see thing body could talk to bboke hit him up [17:48.06]And i would love to tell you that i'm good at this [17:50.22]I'm so working on it [17:51.16]The other day i was an event [17:52.24]And i saw somebody really famous [17:53.72]And i always want talk to [17:54.76]And you see sam on my teams [17:56.63]Hey Dad [17:57.05]He's over there go talk to him [17:58.11]And i'm like i don't want talk to him [17:59.35]And don't like what am i going to say he's go talk to him [18:01.23]And i'm like i don't want talk to him [18:02.27]He's like do go talk to him [18:03.89]You said you want to meet him [18:04.99]Now i was like i need a reason [18:06.17]But i can't come office like mister fan boy [18:08.13]I got it like have an easy way to connect [18:10.61]I was wrong [18:11.37]He was right [18:12.51]I literally walked over there [18:14.35]Notice a friend said how to my friend looked at the frison introduced myme [18:18.25]That person says my name [18:19.73]They know my content [18:20.41]And i've said we have a toy in a conversation [18:22.83]If you go in right away way without acting my cared you will build relationships [18:28.22]You didn't even know you could have the other one is this philosophy live by which is default to action [18:33.32]When you know on your heart [18:34.40]You should go and do it no matter how you're feeling [18:37.32]Could i believe this every moment of hesitation is a moment [18:40.48]Loss forever you have to be prepared [18:42.76]If you have great questions loss then that helps with curious is an no brain er asking a person [18:48.18]Have you always felt this way [18:49.48]Have you always thought this way [18:50.68]You know whether details about the event follow up with other questions ask them to tell you a story [18:56.16]Why because it takes time to tell a story [18:59.27]But if you say is your favorite color blue [19:01.43]The only answer that give you as a yes or r no conversation stops see you am saying now i know what i just shared might feel like a little overwhelming in a bit of a master class [19:10.67]And how to do this [19:11.45]And i'you get it like word [19:12.55]I put my hands [19:13.37]And how do i smile [19:14.39]And do i come up away away [19:15.59]I get that you're probably feeling like a little chaotic [19:18.83]Here's what i want you to know your intention [19:21.31]Your heart is felt before you ever show up in the room [19:24.51]And it's felt away before you ever say the word out of your mouth [19:28.36]So if you just show up with the kind heart [19:30.60]With the desired help with [19:31.98]With no alterter motive [19:33.80]That energy will be felt by the person [19:35.86]And you will come across as confident kind and supportive in those people win big in life [19:41.18]Now if you feel ambitious but lazy click here [19:44.12]And i'll see in other side

[00:00.21]Social anxiety is completely normal
[00:02.85]You're not weird
[00:03.91]You 're just never taught the people skills that make connecting with people easy
[00:08.13]Most people think that means making eye contact or having a foreihand shake
[00:12.71]But we've all had those moments
[00:14.43]Where someone crushes your hand or stares into your soul
[00:17.81]Making the interaction even more awkward
[00:20.13]So in the next few minutes
[00:21.11]I'm going to share with you
[00:22.23]How to actually improve your people skills
[00:24.69]Even if your interrovert like i was these are the strategy that took me from an awkward narty programmer to raising money from mark cuban and skiing with richarberins
[00:33.94]So if you want to stop feeling awkward and start nenecthis this
[00:37.12]How you do do ststart with remembering names
[00:39.94]Now i know you're like i'd ve heard this before no you haven't truth is if you forget some his name
[00:44.84]And you call them buddy the problem
[00:46.34]And i can like you they definitely won't show any respect
[00:49.04]And if you want respect mother people you must first show respect
[00:52.66]Now i get this crazy idea for how to remember names
[00:55.00]You'll make it full proo for you
[00:56.48]I like to think of a weapon
[00:58.24]I would use to kill them with their name
[01:00.15]I know this is weird
[01:01.31]But like for aon it would be an an x for sam
[01:04.45]It would be a saw
[01:05.51]And i played this little game in my head
[01:07.69]And it's funny
[01:08.37]Because making it so while actually makes it really easy to remember
[01:13.25]I don't know why it's is little trtrk of a onona for long time
[01:15.77]No one not a psychopath
[01:16.85]I'm just tell me
[01:17.45]Somebody started to me
[01:18.29]Once
[01:18.49]I said that's really smart
[01:20.13]Now i do have they back up
[01:22.19]Because i literally meet thousands of people per months
[01:25.81]And i even joking i do social medievents ts in sh hundreds of people there
[01:29.03]And i introduce myself to everyone
[01:30.70]And i'm trying to learn their names
[01:32.76]I think it's really important
[01:34.04]So my backup is this
[01:35.20]If i'm with my wife
[01:36.26]I'm with a friend
[01:37.40]And i meet somebody
[01:38.42]And i introduced them to the person
[01:40.62]I know they know to ask the person's name
[01:43.80]Because that tells them
[01:44.84]I forgot their name
[01:45.86]But here's the ultimate secret when people tell me
[01:48.64]No
[01:48.78]Then just have a hard time remember names
[01:50.74]No you don't
[01:51.88]You don't have hard time remember names
[01:53.56]No you don't problem with making it imporant me then totold you this person remember names
[01:59.58]If you could member their name in twelve months
[02:01.59]And if you did i would give you a million dollars cash
[02:04.49]My got tells me
[02:05.57]You had one hundred percent remember their name
[02:07.59]So what's the difference your desire
[02:10.55]And if you can lean into that
[02:12.39]You will make this a second nature skill
[02:14.97]And it will separate you from everybody else
[02:17.55]But once you've open up a conversation
[02:19.71]Most people try too hard to sound smart in connection only happens when you stop talking and start asking i'm over one time
[02:27.35]Body body mine text minutes
[02:28.27]Can i get fifty minutes to your time
[02:29.33]And like
[02:29.97]Yeah No
[02:30.57]No problem
[02:31.13]Let me know i can help
[02:32.11]And we get on the call
[02:33.35]And i sat there for ourteen minutes in thirty seconds listening to him
[02:37.99]Talk talk talk
[02:40.44]And i only had fifty minutes
[02:41.94]And then i had to go
[02:43.22]And that very i said hemman appreciate the context
[02:45.76]But how can i help
[02:46.64]He wasn't prepare
[02:47.96]He talked for most of the time
[02:49.56]And this question that he had wasn't even really good question
[02:52.36]See what i've learned
[02:53.44]Is most people are not prepared to have the conversation
[02:56.38]Most who are not prepared to interact with other people
[02:58.40]And because of that they sometimes come off is awkard
[03:01.54]So this is something one of my billionaire mentor said to me
[03:04.24]Because i watched him interact with dozens of people diner once
[03:07.12]And he didn't dn't say one thing about owwso
[03:09.58]He said i good talk about me dam
[03:12.15]But already know everything i know
[03:13.85]I want to know what other people want to know
[03:15.65]I thought that was so fascinating the way we do that is by asking questions
[03:20.23]That's why i teach the seventy twenty ten role
[03:22.67]Seventy percent you want to be listening
[03:24.31]Because you've ask really good questions
[03:26.23]You just sit back the other twenty percent of the time you want to be talking
[03:29.39]Because you're 're answing ing their questions
[03:31.19]Because what's going to happen to ask them a good question
[03:33.81]And the other ten percent is offering ways to help see
[03:37.03]When you ask questions at a very pointed in directional
[03:40.46]Then you can find opportunities to essentially make introductions or offer your services
[03:45.38]Or just honestly be a listening year
[03:47.90]Some people think that like i can be held focus
[03:50.48]I'm not that impressive
[03:52.02]No you can just by saying wow
[03:54.14]That's amazing
[03:54.88]Or that's really impressive
[03:56.22]Or you should be proud of yourself
[03:57.30]Whatever you want to be the cheerer leader
[03:59.58]Suppsupporthat ten percent is how you actually create connection with people
[04:02.46]It actually reminds me of courall
[04:04.54]I had the other day where i was talking the company
[04:06.64]I was involved in
[04:07.46]And they were having a financial issues around struresrestive of some find dancing
[04:11.31]And i knew the perfect person with my billionaire mentor
[04:14.19]Tom and i message
[04:15.29]Tom and i said
[04:16.27]Hey Tom
[04:16.87]Here's the situation
[04:17.95]I game the the bullepoints
[04:19.25]If you have seven minutes
[04:20.89]I love to get your perspective on this
[04:22.87]And he was at a hockey game
[04:23.97]He's i'll call you when i'm done and a madestara box
[04:26.65]And i walk outside
[04:27.35]When he calls and i answer
[04:29.13]And i sit there
[04:29.69]And i listen to him
[04:30.91]Give me advice
[04:31.99]And then i asked a few questions
[04:33.37]He gave me more advice
[04:34.61]And then gave me some different perspectives in different concept to ask one or two other questions
[04:38.53]And then we're done when i hang up
[04:40.05]And i look that my phone
[04:41.48]It said seven minutes remember texin a marday
[04:44.08]After i said how i do exactly someis with the screen shot
[04:46.36]I think that's a perfect flow of trying to connect with somebody that obviously knows more and not waste time time
[04:51.80]So these are just a few questions
[04:53.38]That you will see me ask all the time ii meet somebody new first off
[04:57.26]How did you get started
[04:58.36]I'm genuinely curious
[04:59.60]If you build something magical or achieve something great
[05:02.34]I want to know where did it come great
[05:03.94]And it turns out
[05:04.96]People love to talk about themselves
[05:06.62]I know i do so ask them
[05:08.26]That question second one is if you see get the vvand or 're at a dinner party
[05:12.71]Yes
[05:12.81]Somebody else has just ask them
[05:14.27]How do you know this person
[05:15.63]The other day i was in awesome with one of my team members
[05:17.91]Opten
[05:18.69]And it was been a little awkward with people
[05:20.79]He was meeting as like brow just ask them
[05:23.21]First they know dam and watwatch them tell you this story
[05:27.07]And then from there you can be more curious
[05:29.55]But everything else you're doproud of that is kind of weird
[05:32.09]Why is the next day i went for wrong with my body damand and opin first question asthem
[05:36.49]Hey west
[05:36.99]How do you know am am hewest one offer six seven minutes sound about our story things
[05:40.98]That i didn't even know about who
[05:42.52]He knew that knew me
[05:43.66]And how we actually got connect it was actually kind of interesting and west and often built relationship from that the biggest cheecocoto ask amaquesis is alnaname
[05:52.40]Twtwen heheand what what tions
[05:54.38]But people skills aren't just about what's said you'll get way further head
[05:59.60]If you communicate energy over ideas now if you've ever met me
[06:03.58]If you've hey in how's going
[06:04.98]You'll always hear me say i'm king
[06:07.68]Aazing king
[06:09.00]King increble whaw and the reason
[06:11.41]Why is because that that's the energy
[06:14.11]And now i might have had a really tough morning
[06:16.21]I will still say incredible see people won't remember what you said the facts
[06:20.51]The information
[06:21.13]The stories
[06:22.01]The details
[06:22.43]But they'll always remember how you made them feel
[06:25.27]And if you're somebody
[06:26.17]Every time i see you
[06:27.05]You're smiling your energetic
[06:28.87]You're feeling good about life
[06:30.15]You're grateful
[06:31.39]And somebody i want around me
[06:32.97]What's fast thing is i see a lot of young people worry about not being that valuable or having skills that are interesting other people or have done anything exciting with their life
[06:42.98]Have a boylittle little
[06:44.08]Every time i talk to him
[06:45.36]He's got a government job
[06:46.92]He's doing great in life
[06:47.84]He's doing this thing
[06:49.24]But he's excited for me
[06:50.96]He's genuinely curious
[06:52.28]When i tell him about a win
[06:53.32]He's helh
[06:53.80]Yeah Brgh
[06:54.24]I can't believe you did that
[06:55.22]That's crazy
[06:56.24]I member
[06:56.64]I went
[06:56.92]I interview new dana wiite from the usa
[06:59.06]And he was the first person
[07:00.32]I called afterwards why because i knew he would be the most excited for me
[07:04.32]Being a positive force in sunday's life is valuable
[07:07.78]Now i know this is hard for introverts watching
[07:10.65]But bear with me the easiest thing we can be for other people is positive
[07:15.07]There's actually the scientific word led
[07:17.01]Led dispositional optimism
[07:19.11]And is essentially you being a person
[07:21.11]That defaults to optimistic perspections on the world
[07:23.71]Or what i call api assume positive intent find the good in every situation
[07:30.05]So even if you're little introverted
[07:31.65]And you get energy taken from you in your act with people
[07:34.47]When you do talk to them just be positive
[07:36.93]But the situation
[07:37.97]This is what i tell people
[07:39.01]When they're like how do i inctaed manerity first off prime yourself before i walk in the room
[07:44.26]Especially it's an important room
[07:45.72]I do push ups
[07:46.66]I do airsquad
[07:47.48]I jump up and down
[07:48.26]I do breath wd i have a mental montri repeat to myself
[07:52.04]I want to prime my mind and my body to be available to the body about interact with second things
[07:58.06]I want to increase my volume
[07:59.66]I don't yell
[08:00.56]But i project i tali
[08:03.32]I'm clear
[08:04.14]I emphasize the syllabels on the words
[08:07.40]You want i'm doing there
[08:08.00]And trust me as somebody that how how lot the really asand and not clear
[08:11.85]I'i've learn slow low down
[08:14.39]But say it with more precision
[08:16.47]The other thing thing do is i talk with passion
[08:19.21]You know the truth is
[08:20.65]Is i don't want to talk myself
[08:22.11]I'm not interested in
[08:22.95]So i don't do surface level
[08:24.85]If you ask me about the weather
[08:26.09]I'm going to asked about your deepest
[08:27.35]Woo't
[08:27.97]But i'm just kay
[08:28.65]Don't
[08:28.83]Don't go there too quick
[08:29.67]But i'm just saying like talk about the things
[08:32.07]You love talk about the exciting project
[08:34.59]You worked on on the weekend
[08:35.63]Talk about your new idea
[08:36.81]Talk about the possibility of ai
[08:38.65]Like it's people going but community key passion in your language
[08:42.46]If what you say is muted or flat
[08:45.38]It just doesn't have the opportunity connect with people
[08:47.64]But it's not enough to just amp up your energy you have to be careful to read the room
[08:52.48]It's kind of like merging onto the highway
[08:55.06]If you're in your carter ters a lot of traffic
[08:57.12]Like you gotta look
[08:58.14]You got to decilook who's to to what speed and how do i comfortably merge into that land
[09:03.72]If you're 're a room
[09:05.32]Room
[09:05.44]Everybodyytaltalet et all over side seven gets quiet
[09:08.40]You notice that people start disapate ate
[09:11.11]Maybe that's your 're ue the exit stage left just the concept of understanding
[09:15.91]When a conversation is done and being first technoledge dge moving on
[09:19.75]Will allow you to remain as somebody who can read the room
[09:23.75]You're not sit there
[09:24.85]Awkwarard dly i mean
[09:25.99]I can't tell you like most nice people are not going to tell you to leave
[09:29.35]But the same time if the reason you came to have a conversation is done
[09:32.67]Just be like appreciate the time and move on
[09:34.59]You don't have to sit there in way to be dismissed
[09:36.83]The other big idea is to understand there's a difference
[09:39.33]How you community in a big room
[09:41.96]Versus one on one
[09:43.64]You know it's kind of like the same difference between talking king to didies or coworkers
[09:47.56]Vers or gramma
[09:48.34]You know when i do my kings's club gramm
[09:50.56]Because of the energy of these fifties sixteen year old young men
[09:53.62]I'm slowing things down
[09:55.00]I'm getting down on their level
[09:56.28]I'm looking them in the eyes
[09:57.54]Which is completely tely difference that i
[09:59.34]I'm talking to like high tech very motivated very successful tech consumneurs
[10:04.02]I'm like look guys
[10:05.08]This is what we need to do you underunderand
[10:07.06]And it
[10:07.34]This is the pat different energies based on breeding room
[10:10.93]So the one hack that i have illness is a concept of pause and observe
[10:15.23]Sometimes if you sit back
[10:16.91]You may look and say
[10:17.97]Oh
[10:18.33]There's an introvert
[10:19.37]Maybe this person is to be pulled into the conversation
[10:22.19]Or you might see somebody else that's like me and talkey turkey tuckey and go
[10:26.01]Oh
[10:26.49]I'm going to stand over
[10:27.29]There just listen and find an opportunity to amamlify add value or give
[10:31.89]Give a compliment understanding what's going on in the room and adadsting your energy
[10:37.11]Gy those people is a gain changing move
[10:40.09]And h people totally unrestimate how to use their words to open other people up
[10:45.54]And this is how a simple comment can feed their ego
[10:49.54]It's actually interesting the other night i had dinner
[10:51.64]What somebody i had met before
[10:53.06]And they made a comment about my king's club program
[10:55.56]And made a genuine compliment
[10:57.78]The fact that they notice pay the tention tion my game ing
[11:00.94]That compliment mayme like them more just human nature so use it in your favor
[11:05.88]This is an interething i've learned on this topic is that for you to give a genuine liment to somebody
[11:11.39]You have to state something that they also believe to be true for my kids
[11:15.61]For example
[11:16.15]I might say you know
[11:17.99]Watching you play with your friends and always laughing is awesome
[11:20.89]And that's how i know you're such a good friend to them
[11:23.25]See if i just say there's such a good friend to them
[11:24.99]They might dismiss that i say that i notice are always playing and laughing with your friends
[11:28.89]They go yeah that's true
[11:29.97]And then i make the compliment
[11:31.45]Then it connects it that's a very advance move
[11:33.95]That nobody talks about them
[11:34.97]See the truth
[11:35.67]This is most people give compliments
[11:37.71]That they
[11:38.15]They could say anyone like you're contents great or you have nice blue eyes and i'm sktting ating
[11:43.06]They don't say that to it to my face
[11:44.58]But i do say to my dm and appropriate
[11:47.14]But i just think like being genuine
[11:49.66]And trying to find something that is unique to them look not so obvious is actually the move make it specific something detail show them that you're paying attention
[12:00.64]Complementefeffort
[12:02.22]You know when i'm hiking a mountain
[12:03.66]My kids are like stressed out
[12:05.00]Breaking out about like how much further we go
[12:06.74]I just stopped
[12:07.38]And i say hey
[12:08.08]Look at the look far we've cup this is incredible
[12:10.75]Like you should be really proud of yourself for the distance
[12:12.95]We traveled so far
[12:14.51]Even though they're feeling a little beat a from how far they get to go
[12:16.95]And then you get to follow it up
[12:18.53]You
[12:18.91]You to ask some a question of interest
[12:20.29]You got to say like hey
[12:21.91]I just want you know i'm really impressed with ve ve in here from your team
[12:24.69]You know they say that you're something that leads with a tegory and heart
[12:27.57]How did you get started
[12:29.01]And you say the compliment
[12:30.13]And then you ask them a question
[12:31.33]You want a bridge
[12:32.23]Or you might say hey it's so crazy
[12:34.61]Every time i talk to people
[12:35.59]Who know you
[12:36.19]You always say say the same thing
[12:38.37]Say say you're kind
[12:39.07]Kind in your generous
[12:40.13]And you give a lot
[12:41.38]I'm just curious
[12:42.32]Like when you build this business
[12:44.42]Did you ever face adversity and challenges
[12:46.42]That almost made you question to keep going see
[12:48.64]Asking a question on the back side of of compliment
[12:51.10]Mathe perperson realize that you pay attention
[12:53.38]And you are genuinely interested in the answer
[12:55.76]But creating value for people isn't just about what you say
[12:58.92]If you want next level connections
[13:01.46]You have to be the connector
[13:03.56]Not too longer is in often attending a far ar event at the track
[13:07.22]There at koda and one of the things
[13:08.82]I like to do as soon as ii king go up to somebody don't know
[13:12.15]Introduced myself ask them you know how to get connected to the group
[13:15.69]What kind of car ther drive and obviously relevant questions to what i'm doing
[13:19.41]And then once i get to know who they are i'll go and introduce myself to somebody knew
[13:23.27]And then ask them if they know the first persons so i come in
[13:26.11]I meet guy named john
[13:27.55]Ask all about john turns out is really cool car is get several forries
[13:31.37]And then i memeet jon n talking about marmary and it turns out his car is the same car is john gy and say well don't know john and ii don't know john
[13:38.37]And say well marry let me inroroduce you john n so go over there
[13:41.02]Introduce some marmarty and john these are talking
[13:44.32]And i notied his wife was staying there
[13:45.60]And she wasn't anything
[13:46.50]And i said hey
[13:47.12]I'm dance
[13:47.48]She gooh i'm sarah
[13:48.32]And says so nice
[13:48.86]Meithe is john your husband well he is so fun
[13:51.32]That you're here watching this
[13:52.76]And then i just kept going around the room doing this
[13:55.28]And by the end of it
[13:56.30]I had connected everybody to each other for very appreciated this so much
[14:00.68]That if
[14:00.94]If you ehave have in town
[14:01.82]Even if you don't have your car back let us know
[14:04.44]We'd love to have you back
[14:06.00]That is the value
[14:07.24]You can bring by doing nothing more than connecting people to each other
[14:11.95]Doesn't matter what you say
[14:13.37]Doesn't matter what you've done
[14:14.61]Doesn't matter what 've got
[14:15.53]The ability to connect people to each other is the value here's a wild idea
[14:21.29]I believe every person is one conversation way from achieving their dreams
[14:26.60]I've seen this happen over and over again from the way i've met a business partner to finding opportunities
[14:32.20]I'm about to buy house in another country
[14:34.04]And it all came because of a dinner conversation and event
[14:37.32]That i didn't even expect to meet the person
[14:39.18]That can make that happen
[14:40.20]That is the power of conversations
[14:42.76]So these are my favorite ways to introduce people to each other first off
[14:46.52]I like to be the wing men
[14:48.04]You know so have i'm there with my co founder
[14:50.36]Somebody i work with
[14:51.56]And i go meet somebody knew
[14:52.78]I asked him
[14:53.44]If they met that person
[14:54.90]If they say don't have met them first
[14:56.14]And then i breg them up
[14:57.53]I talk about them
[14:58.41]I was that south by southwest back in the day with my coo ounder eathing
[15:02.59]And i did this thing
[15:03.35]Where i go up the hallway
[15:04.39]We're walking down
[15:05.41]And i meet somebody knew
[15:06.65]And i say well have you met eath in co founder from flota
[15:09.23]Yet they go
[15:09.91]No I go Oh
[15:10.51]My gosh
[15:11.05]He'll never tell you this
[15:12.33]But he's a genius
[15:13.19]He literally started off as a frestyle upper
[15:15.35]He's got his degree and economics
[15:16.89]And he's the technical mind even though is the business ceo of this product
[15:20.93]He would never tell you this
[15:22.01]But he's a frequent genius
[15:23.83]And then he'd walk up
[15:24.69]And i'be like go
[15:25.21]This is eeiy in the person like
[15:26.78]Like hh
[15:27.26]And when i meet you
[15:28.30]I memelike why's everybody so friendly to me
[15:30.44]And i'm like do de i bright you a big time
[15:32.90]It is abably fafavthing thing to do the other is to create a bridge
[15:36.36]Is to find an uncommon commonality
[15:38.68]My buddy
[15:39.42]Jason in gina ner has has eevanzed mmt
[15:42.14]He does this at the highest mmt
[15:44.34]So when he organzed the event
[15:45.86]Litererally organzed the whole room and every person is sitting next to another person
[15:50.28]Because he's created a bridge
[15:52.02]Between things
[15:52.74]He knows about them and the person sitting next
[15:55.10]And i'm talking weird thing like he
[15:57.25]He said these two people together
[15:58.65]Because are both pilots these three people together
[16:00.67]Because they all have olympic medals
[16:02.11]It's wild for him to do that
[16:04.01]And it doesn't tell you why
[16:05.33]But you know that he's created a bridge
[16:06.79]And then you're talking to the people sit next you searching for the reason
[16:09.75]He sat you next to them
[16:11.19]It's one the coolest things watwatch one of my favorite things to do for the people
[16:14.27]The other thing is to reopen a story
[16:16.79]If you know a front of yours ers a crazy story
[16:19.17]Ask them to share it
[16:20.53]It creates an opportunity for them to tell a crazy story
[16:22.91]That might create connection and relevance
[16:25.41]Or just have a good things time among the people
[16:27.72]People that might ststanding there
[16:28.90]Then
[16:29.08]Then last last protive is asking questions to get to a place
[16:33.00]Where you can figure out what they need most in their life
[16:36.24]And then offering a connection to somebody
[16:38.28]You know somebody they can solve it
[16:40.44]That is probably my favorite ways to have value
[16:43.00]Because i know i don't know everything
[16:44.76]But i do know a lot of people
[16:46.52]And they know everything so being able to ask somebody like or you're running event there
[16:50.90]Or yy somebody that's in that city
[16:52.64]No let me connection to the person
[16:54.12]Or y sounds like you have in our time with facebook marketing
[16:56.83]My body is one of worword's best
[16:58.15]Did you want an introduction
[16:59.35]Just this morning i texted it a friend
[17:00.89]That was working on some a state planning stuff
[17:02.85]Super technical tax stuff
[17:04.65]Guess what not an expert
[17:06.27]My body gar gandson son the worldexpert
[17:09.07]So i made the introduction
[17:10.41]That is one of the best wastto increase your people skills not be awwward ard anything thing d the most value to the person around you
[17:17.53]But the biggest problem mi see people make is over thinking
[17:20.67]And if you want to set up every interaction
[17:22.61]Wwin hesitate now now you remember
[17:25.19]When you were single
[17:26.01]Maybe you are
[17:26.58]Today you walked into a barand you saw a beautiful person
[17:29.02]You're like
[17:29.34]Oh
[17:29.52]My gosh cambolies are here
[17:30.70]Who is that person
[17:31.42]I need to kk them
[17:32.26]Not yet
[17:32.56]Not not
[17:33.08]I need drink ink
[17:33.78]First you know you kind of like stop and weight
[17:35.64]The problem is
[17:36.12]Is they saw you in the room and an hour later
[17:38.70]When you finally build up the couge
[17:40.12]And you go over there
[17:41.14]It's kind of out of the blue and a little awkward
[17:43.28]The best thing you could possibly do
[17:44.82]When you walking on it
[17:45.54]And you see thing body could talk to bboke hit him up
[17:48.06]And i would love to tell you that i'm good at this
[17:50.22]I'm so working on it
[17:51.16]The other day i was an event
[17:52.24]And i saw somebody really famous
[17:53.72]And i always want talk to
[17:54.76]And you see sam on my teams
[17:56.63]Hey Dad
[17:57.05]He's over there go talk to him
[17:58.11]And i'm like i don't want talk to him
[17:59.35]And don't like what am i going to say he's go talk to him
[18:01.23]And i'm like i don't want talk to him
[18:02.27]He's like do go talk to him
[18:03.89]You said you want to meet him
[18:04.99]Now i was like i need a reason
[18:06.17]But i can't come office like mister fan boy
[18:08.13]I got it like have an easy way to connect
[18:10.61]I was wrong
[18:11.37]He was right
[18:12.51]I literally walked over there
[18:14.35]Notice a friend said how to my friend looked at the frison introduced myme
[18:18.25]That person says my name
[18:19.73]They know my content
[18:20.41]And i've said we have a toy in a conversation
[18:22.83]If you go in right away way without acting my cared you will build relationships
[18:28.22]You didn't even know you could have the other one is this philosophy live by which is default to action
[18:33.32]When you know on your heart
[18:34.40]You should go and do it no matter how you're feeling
[18:37.32]Could i believe this every moment of hesitation is a moment
[18:40.48]Loss forever you have to be prepared
[18:42.76]If you have great questions loss then that helps with curious is an no brain er asking a person
[18:48.18]Have you always felt this way
[18:49.48]Have you always thought this way
[18:50.68]You know whether details about the event follow up with other questions ask them to tell you a story
[18:56.16]Why because it takes time to tell a story
[18:59.27]But if you say is your favorite color blue
[19:01.43]The only answer that give you as a yes or r no conversation stops see you am saying now i know what i just shared might feel like a little overwhelming in a bit of a master class
[19:10.67]And how to do this
[19:11.45]And i'you get it like word
[19:12.55]I put my hands
[19:13.37]And how do i smile
[19:14.39]And do i come up away away
[19:15.59]I get that you're probably feeling like a little chaotic
[19:18.83]Here's what i want you to know your intention
[19:21.31]Your heart is felt before you ever show up in the room
[19:24.51]And it's felt away before you ever say the word out of your mouth
[19:28.36]So if you just show up with the kind heart
[19:30.60]With the desired help with
[19:31.98]With no alterter motive
[19:33.80]That energy will be felt by the person
[19:35.86]And you will come across as confident kind and supportive in those people win big in life
[19:41.18]Now if you feel ambitious but lazy click here
[19:44.12]And i'll see in other side
