[00:00.00]90听音乐网 www.90T8.com [00:00.17]Do want to hear some crazy [00:01.81]I went from seventeen year old [00:03.77]Addict straight out a prison [00:05.47]To selling three software companies in ten years [00:08.25]And building my network over a hundred million dollars [00:11.05]Today [00:11.55]What some people who call you money trust me [00:14.41]No one was more surprised than me [00:16.39]So i'm going to share with you [00:17.47]How to make so much money [00:19.03]That if life was a video game [00:20.45]It kind of feel like cheating the first way to make so much money [00:23.61]It feels like cheating the game of life is to not chase money [00:27.37]But to build skills that attracted when i build my first company [00:30.36]Anies fair technologies [00:31.98]I was work king one hundred hours a week [00:34.06]I was spin in place [00:35.24]Where and things [00:35.74]Things we're going to blow up [00:36.76]And then i sold it for millions dollars [00:38.92]I did it the hard way [00:40.50]Because i did know any better [00:42.40]Today i make a hundred times more money work king half the time [00:46.31]How i built the skills to unlock revenue [00:48.82]See you don't create success by chasing it [00:51.98]You attract it by becoming an attractive character [00:55.46]You bring opportunities in money into your life [00:58.20]By being the kind of person [01:00.21]And that easily brings those things into your life [01:03.13]So here's how you build the skill first off [01:05.45]You're gotta be specific [01:07.33]I mean most people value others that can save them money [01:10.57]Make the money or save them time [01:12.11]Those are the skills so doesn't matter of its marketing [01:14.99]Sales Tax [01:16.19]Preparation [01:17.33]Become world class [01:18.65]At it ask yourself [01:19.99]Who can you help [01:20.71]Who has this problem [01:21.95]What can you help them do a doof people right now are struggle understand this crazy world of ai and all the young cats out [01:27.83]There probably talk preparthis way naturally you're growing up with it [01:32.78]And people are struggling with it [01:34.30]That's valuable [01:35.42]That's a skill number two is you get a design the path [01:38.18]How do you learn a new skill [01:40.10]I like to ask agpt [01:41.44]But the key is how how ask it [01:43.18]You gotta be specific ask it to create you a twelve week course on building the skill [01:48.10]You want to learn including links to youtube videos [01:50.86]One hour a day [01:52.06]Maybe more if you want to be an overhiever [01:54.02]But have it tell you what to focus study and how to learn the skill [01:57.94]Let me just show you how i do it create me a very detailed course on how to learn ai automation twelve weee course [02:06.13]I want you to find the best youtube videos [02:08.17]I stustudy the crick um together link up those videos [02:11.35]And make sure you keep to one hour of dicks [02:13.63]I'm going to do that lunch [02:14.53]Because i still work a full time job [02:16.01]And maybe some extra stuff that i could do if i find some extra time at night [02:19.53]But i want you to make it the least amount of effort to become most proficient around the skill of the ai automation [02:24.97]Boom [02:25.75]Watch this takes my voice prompt trscribes [02:28.71]It starts building out the course [02:30.50]It's researching exercise mutuviooh [02:32.64]I got it go finds mutuvideos [02:33.96]It literally says [02:34.62]Here's a twelve week ai automation course week one inintroduction we two links all the different videos [02:41.12]It built out the whole thing [02:42.58]The full detail do don't mean people running around the world [02:45.44]Going like hi [02:45.78]I don't know how to do that [02:47.42]Now it's been solved by thousands of people documented crystalizand prespresented you in a simple forman guess what if it's not simple up make it simpler [02:55.88]That's how easy it can be [02:57.12]Then the key is to execute learn that skill thirthing is a master [03:01.31]Youarcraft the top people that you want to collaborate with that you want cclients [03:05.87]They want to be around the folks that have decided to become the best in the world [03:09.69]That what they do [03:10.27]They don't want a douler [03:11.45]They don't want some people [03:12.59]That are kind of interested [03:13.99]They want folks [03:14.91]That can demonstrate to them [03:16.83]That [03:17.07]That is their mastery [03:18.49]Their area of perfection [03:20.21]It doesn't matter what you decide [03:22.17]It's more important that you decide and go deep it [03:24.83]It's crazy [03:25.37]When i say that i know that for a lot of people [03:27.91]They don't want to hear that [03:28.93]Because it sounds like it sounds hard [03:31.36]It sounds like it's going to take a lot of time in the answer is yes [03:34.68]That's the point [03:35.62]You have to build the skill [03:37.88]That other people find valuable [03:39.78]Nothing valuable has ever comed easy [03:42.86]Because it makes it valuable [03:44.88]If i could buy any [03:46.66]Watch any [03:47.40]Purse any car [03:48.64]Then it's not valuable [03:49.80]Because it's not hard to get [03:51.20]If anything when i look at new skills [03:52.78]I get to develop to get to my new level [03:54.58]Because new levels [03:55.32]New dedevils the harder [03:56.52]It is the more excited i get [03:57.96]Because it tells me how few people are actually going do the work to learn that thing [04:01.73]If you want to make so much money [04:03.19]That it feels like cheating [04:04.37]You're gonna have to put a lot of time into the skill to master your craft [04:08.18]Which brings us to the second way to make so much money [04:11.35]It feels like cheating the game of life [04:13.17]Never charge for your time [04:14.79]Always charge for the result [04:16.38]It's interesting to me [04:17.29]Because people may pay me six figures for one hour of my time [04:20.75]They're not paying for the message [04:23.03]I'm delivering [04:23.71]They're paying for the value that they'll get [04:25.79]They're paying for the braand association [04:27.29]They're paying cell ticfor for people [04:29.03]The thethe're paying for building a relationship with me getting advice on their business [04:33.08]It's my twenty eight years of entrepreneur experience [04:36.44]Condense not only into the one hour [04:38.06]Keinnote [04:38.74]It's the time we get to spend together working on their event [04:42.84]That's what i get paid for imagine your factory owner a machine breaks down [04:46.92]You call an electrian to fix it [04:48.74]The electrician walks in he xks a machine for five minutes [04:52.32]Fikes out a small hammer and taps a very specific spot fixes a machine [04:57.66]He hands your invoice for ten thousand dollars and the honor your boss is surprised ten thousand dollars for five minutes work [05:04.73]That's insane [05:05.71]The electrican goes it's one hundred dollars for the time in the tap [05:09.07]It's nine thousand nine hundred dollars for knowing where to tap see the mistakes is have people people pay for your time [05:14.89]You want them to pay you for the outcome [05:16.77]The result impact of your work [05:18.67]If you're not going paid [05:20.03]What you feel feel deserve ve ygottta go become more valuable [05:23.43]You're not solve big enough problems [05:25.13]If you charge for time [05:26.95]You punish your own efficiency [05:28.45]Because there's no incentive to get better be more effective in that time frame [05:32.90]Because [05:33.08]Because that's what i get paid [05:34.04]So if anything being slow wed means i make more money [05:37.22]That's a bad place to get to [05:38.64]Because i want you consider der y how do i use ai to automate this [05:41.86]How do i hire better team members [05:43.36]How do i become a better leader [05:44.58]So that i can get everybody producing more in a short amount of time [05:48.02]Because i'i get tting paid the same thing and still get results from my clients [05:51.86]Because do you get people to pay for the outcome first off define a clear and specific this idedo helping them with one thing not ten [05:59.74]Some people [06:00.23]Boy like i can do everything [06:01.61]I can be everything [06:02.61]Everybody [06:02.85]The promise for everything to everybody [06:04.43]You're nothing great [06:05.81]Any one person pick one specific thing that you can do a not or socks off [06:09.95]The second is designing a process [06:12.03]The guarantees and outcome for example [06:14.09]When i coach people i sat down and created a system [06:17.01]Where ask myself if they only follow certain pieces will they get results in the answer is yes [06:22.63]I can think of the five deally unnegotiabves these five steps that if you follow you guarantee to grow your business [06:28.49]They give it this way ask yourself [06:29.85]The ite if you only got paid [06:32.16]If you're climb got the result [06:34.06]How would you design the process [06:35.90]Number three you get to sell value not the price value isn't always the cost kk value is the time invested from their own [06:44.40]How fast you can get it to them [06:46.04]How bigger an impact you can have the experience that they're going to have working with you [06:51.10]What it tells them about themselves hiring you [06:53.80]If you've got a brain and reputation [06:55.54]It's you rest how value is very subjective to the buyer [06:58.74]But you as the seller can can potion yourself to acactually increase percseve value [07:03.99]Which brings us to the third way to make so much money [07:06.51]It feels like cheeking the game of life [07:08.59]Cash flow is more important than cash piles [07:11.31]You know it's crazy [07:12.25]I know a lot of cripdoe millionaires that made a lot of money back in the day [07:17.39]When they bought cheap in the prices gone up [07:19.01]And it comes down in their side [07:20.07]They make more money [07:20.85]Because it goes back up again [07:22.15]But what happens as they created this cash pile [07:24.83]That they think it's going to make them happy [07:27.21]But [07:27.41]But now they a pripriononer their own creation ation they no do [07:30.44]They not want to spend it [07:31.40]Because i worried about what [07:32.40]What that's going to really be worth in the future ture havenven't figured out [07:35.76]How to develop the skill to become rich [07:39.46]This is not a moment in time [07:41.42]Where you just get an influx of money make king money is actually quite easy [07:44.94]It's keeping it that's hard and trusting yourself [07:47.28]That you become the person who can easily attract that kind of money [07:50.82]It's not about how much you made [07:53.14]It's about how consistently you can make it [07:56.42]If i'd developthe skills to make money money [07:59.16]And you take everything away for me [08:01.47]I can get right back where i was [08:02.93]I don't have to worry or be dependent on anybody else [08:05.57]That's why it's so important to focus on value creation over time [08:10.15]Not these points in time [08:11.41]A lot of folks that cancel anything once for a lot of money they run to that [08:16.13]And i get it [08:16.85]Sometimes you need to do that to fund your business [08:18.73]What's more valuable [08:20.17]When you think a business models [08:21.73]I get tting paid every month a long period of time [08:25.13]Time it crecrease predicability [08:26.73]I can predictably higher predictably vast predictly plan and predictively save my money [08:33.00]If there's a subscription component that's my background in software taught me that at seventeen years old [08:38.00]It taught me how to build businesses [08:39.90]That i did know at the time that allowed me create ate al valvalue in the because not just get one rich ich [08:45.42]And that was reasreason [08:46.38]Why was able to sell ll three companies in ten years for so much money [08:49.60]It is because i understood how to create long term cash flow [08:52.68]It's so rarazy [08:53.46]But a business doesn't fail because of profits [08:56.58]It It ils [08:57.20]Because it [08:57.62]It uns out a cash [08:58.58]I can't [08:58.88]Can't pay people with profits [09:00.87]People talk about e bida [09:02.25]Eebdaae bida [09:03.57]E bidlike like literally those the faprivate equity folks [09:06.25]That's their favorite language in the world [09:08.01]Why because they use that [09:09.31]That fud debt [09:10.35]And that's where the cash flow needs to be [09:12.07]I'm telling you [09:12.81]You don't fail in business [09:14.65]When you run out of profits [09:16.01]If you can make your payments [09:17.55]Then you're out of the game [09:18.57]But i found interesting about my billionaire mentors is that they think in flows not total als [09:23.45]They could care less about total assets [09:25.59]They care about how much that asset produces in cash flow [09:29.69]That they then can use and do other things with it see a hundred cape per month is more impressive than a millionaire [09:35.64]Some people that made a million in your sit not a million [09:37.96]They don't know how to spend a million [09:39.24]If you make a hundred thousand per month [09:41.14]You're making a million every ten months [09:43.32]And if you know how to repeat that and create that [09:45.78]That's what made you a millionaire [09:47.44]Not the money in the bank [09:49.04]Which brings us to the fourth way to make so much money [09:52.20]It feels like cheating the game of life [09:54.16]Stop counting other people's money [09:56.08]The kids [09:56.46]He says [09:56.86]Goall it counting people's pockets [09:58.40]Let's stop that i member one time i went to my body's event [10:01.73]And i wet a guy name rob [10:02.95]And it was like with in thirty six seconds [10:05.31]He wanted to tell me about how much money [10:07.03]That i was making [10:07.87]And that i was making [10:08.95]And no did you hear about this persononline [10:11.01]I heard he did this much in his launch ing this person's making this much money per month [10:14.61]He knew more about how much money [10:16.32]Everybody elsewas making than his own freaking business [10:19.45]He couldn't tell me how much money made that day [10:21.25]That week [10:21.89]That month [10:22.43]He couldn't be able to tell me what is translying out for the year [10:25.51]Isn't it fascinating [10:26.91]Looking around councouneverybody body success instead of asking how much did i make today [10:32.44]How much am i making this month [10:34.28]What do i need to do to increase my profit [10:36.52]The focus on your own financials is how you get rich [10:40.98]What's interesting to me is the people that you're jealousa [10:44.22]That you count their money [10:45.32]Used to be just as broke as you [10:47.10]What changed [10:47.92]They decided to put their understanding of financials [10:50.60]First see you don't win by wishing or hoping you win by working [10:55.28]You win by doing [10:56.46]The rhythm of success [10:58.04]Specifically when it comes to money money [10:59.90]The he is is don't compare your chapter three to somebody else is chapter thirteen [11:05.05]It does a matter after twenty they could have started when they were ten [11:08.55]And they got ten years chapter ten in their entrepreneal journey [11:12.77]And you're starting at forty five [11:14.57]And you're only years in [11:15.91]And you think that they're doing better than you [11:17.53]Youyou're only three [11:18.75]And they're only ten [11:19.57]You can [11:20.05]It doesn't work like that [11:21.65]So if you want to make so much money [11:23.39]It actually feels like cheating check your own money [11:25.83]It's one check your bank account [11:28.09]Daily i get a daily cash money [11:29.89]It for every one of my companies in my inbox with the subject line telling me the cash position of weirtaa [11:36.54]Even my personal [11:37.38]I literally have somebody that manages [11:39.06]I'm talking my home assets and revenue uning [11:41.70]I mean works just like a business [11:42.96]And i've track all of that [11:44.44]So i know where every penny is now i don't have to do [11:46.60]Because i pay somebody do it [11:47.70]But you want to make sure that you personally logging your back account [11:51.56]Look at the numbers [11:52.34]Look at the credit card satements [11:53.42]Look at your cash positions [11:54.38]Look at your savings [11:55.10]Can make sure that you can keep a pollse [11:57.26]What's happening the second thing is you have to have weekly pillars [12:00.35]I measure myself [12:01.43]Every friday on seven key pilars one of them is money [12:04.69]What does money mean for me [12:05.81]I asked myself the question one out a ten [12:08.19]How did i do on the money side [12:09.39]Do i make some money [12:10.31]Do i save some money [12:11.37]Do i some strategic planning around my investment [12:13.47]And i look at a bunch of deals like i just ask myself [12:15.83]And i add a nine or ten or ammatter four four five [12:18.29]And if i have have a low ore ore do one one [12:20.51]And to increase my money score for the next week [12:23.25]And if want [12:23.57]Want to ararn other [12:24.11]Other six ililars [12:25.13]It's at the end of my book by back ackyour time in the bonus sections a weekly section tions [12:29.39]I've been doing for decades [12:30.88]That helps me stake focus on the most important parts of my life [12:33.54]Number three is monthly pnl like actually sit down to your profit in loss statement for your own personaccount t not hard you can google a simple template [12:42.14]But putting as a thing in there an honoring that process of counting our money [12:46.32]Which sounds super not fun is how you're going to get rich [12:49.44]Which brings us to the fifth and last way to make so much money [12:52.52]It feels like cheaing use money as a tool [12:55.06]Not the goal this once fascinating i grew up with a kid and his dad has food truck [13:00.93]And he did everything in cash [13:02.33]Now he came from another country [13:03.83]And he didn't trust the banks [13:05.11]But essentially he worked every saturday and all week long for this food truck to make all the money [13:10.67]To support his family [13:11.45]But he did this four decades [13:14.19]I think he's still doing it now forty [13:16.27]Forty two years later he worked all week [13:19.25]Prepping [13:19.97]Driving selling [13:21.45]He hardly saw his family [13:22.91]He would drive two hours away [13:24.73]Four hours away to special events just to sell his food [13:27.67]And i member my friend tell me that all the cash [13:30.42]Because the cash business he saved in the house and he hit all over over place [13:34.14]And he thought is that ad was so rich [13:35.94]And was like [13:36.54]Like Oh [13:37.30]No key [13:37.80]That he didn't understand is is gotta use money as the tool [13:41.24]Not the point [13:42.20]It's not about save in a bunch of money [13:44.00]It's about improving your life in your life situation [13:47.02]It's understanding how to use it as a tool for leverage [13:50.38]So that could have took that money and hire somebody to buy back sometime [13:54.40]So that he could start being more efficient and thinking through how he works instead of just creating himself a low paying job [14:00.71]If you actually look at the total hours he work per week [14:03.83]And what he generated sure he provided for family [14:06.65]But he could have been so much further ahead if you understand how to use it not just hold it in his how you see money doesn't change you [14:12.99]It just amplifies who you are [14:14.91]And the truth is if you're looking for freedom [14:17.37]Freedom isn't found in your bank account [14:19.89]It's found in your calendar [14:21.63]The goal of money is to buy back your time [14:24.33]So you can spend more time doing the things you love [14:26.63]That's why i spend so much money hiring people to support my ii want to do two things [14:32.46]I either want to end end time with people i love or create in a way [14:35.68]That's unique to who i am anything else i would rather deploy money to get leverage [14:41.56]So that i can be more of me [14:42.94]And that's what i have people like [14:44.36]And [14:44.70]And betty and sam and todd essentially team martel that give me back literally forty fifty sixty hours a week each so i can be here helping you [14:54.70]It honestly breaks my heart [14:56.26]When i see really well meaning entrepreneurs working themselves literally to that [15:00.71]If they don't know how to have people support them [15:03.67]Especially the assistant role they like [15:05.71]If i hide somebody [15:06.57]What would they do the only way you'll end up making so much money [15:10.01]That it feels like cheating is by making the process fun and exciting [15:14.33]You have to do what feels like play the other people see as work feels like play [15:20.79]Looks like play [15:22.37]Els like play [15:23.25]Feels work do that in [15:25.41]It will change your life [15:26.63]Now [15:27.11]If you want to learn how to build the business [15:28.95]That runs itself

[00:20.45]It kind of feel like cheating the first way to make so much money
[00:23.61]It feels like cheating the game of life is to not chase money
[00:27.37]But to build skills that attracted when i build my first company
[00:30.36]Anies fair technologies
[00:31.98]I was work king one hundred hours a week
[00:34.06]I was spin in place
[00:35.24]Where and things
[00:35.74]Things we're going to blow up
[00:36.76]And then i sold it for millions dollars
[00:38.92]I did it the hard way
[00:40.50]Because i did know any better
[00:42.40]Today i make a hundred times more money work king half the time
[00:46.31]How i built the skills to unlock revenue
[00:48.82]See you don't create success by chasing it
[00:51.98]You attract it by becoming an attractive character
[00:55.46]You bring opportunities in money into your life
[00:58.20]By being the kind of person
[01:00.21]And that easily brings those things into your life
[01:03.13]So here's how you build the skill first off
[01:05.45]You're gotta be specific
[01:07.33]I mean most people value others that can save them money
[01:10.57]Make the money or save them time
[01:12.11]Those are the skills so doesn't matter of its marketing
[01:14.99]Sales Tax
[01:16.19]Preparation
[01:17.33]Become world class
[01:18.65]At it ask yourself
[01:19.99]Who can you help
[01:20.71]Who has this problem
[01:21.95]What can you help them do a doof people right now are struggle understand this crazy world of ai and all the young cats out
[01:27.83]There probably talk preparthis way naturally you're growing up with it
[01:32.78]And people are struggling with it
[01:34.30]That's valuable
[01:35.42]That's a skill number two is you get a design the path
[01:38.18]How do you learn a new skill
[01:40.10]I like to ask agpt
[01:41.44]But the key is how how ask it
[01:43.18]You gotta be specific ask it to create you a twelve week course on building the skill
[01:48.10]You want to learn including links to youtube videos
[01:50.86]One hour a day
[01:52.06]Maybe more if you want to be an overhiever
[01:54.02]But have it tell you what to focus study and how to learn the skill
[01:57.94]Let me just show you how i do it create me a very detailed course on how to learn ai automation twelve weee course
[02:06.13]I want you to find the best youtube videos
[02:08.17]I stustudy the crick um together link up those videos
[02:11.35]And make sure you keep to one hour of dicks
[02:13.63]I'm going to do that lunch
[02:14.53]Because i still work a full time job
[02:16.01]And maybe some extra stuff that i could do if i find some extra time at night
[02:19.53]But i want you to make it the least amount of effort to become most proficient around the skill of the ai automation
[02:24.97]Boom
[02:25.75]Watch this takes my voice prompt trscribes
[02:28.71]It starts building out the course
[02:30.50]It's researching exercise mutuviooh
[02:32.64]I got it go finds mutuvideos
[02:33.96]It literally says
[02:34.62]Here's a twelve week ai automation course week one inintroduction we two links all the different videos
[02:41.12]It built out the whole thing
[02:42.58]The full detail do don't mean people running around the world
[02:45.44]Going like hi
[02:45.78]I don't know how to do that
[02:47.42]Now it's been solved by thousands of people documented crystalizand prespresented you in a simple forman guess what if it's not simple up make it simpler
[02:55.88]That's how easy it can be
[02:57.12]Then the key is to execute learn that skill thirthing is a master
[03:01.31]Youarcraft the top people that you want to collaborate with that you want cclients
[03:05.87]They want to be around the folks that have decided to become the best in the world
[03:09.69]That what they do
[03:10.27]They don't want a douler
[03:11.45]They don't want some people
[03:12.59]That are kind of interested
[03:13.99]They want folks
[03:14.91]That can demonstrate to them
[03:16.83]That
[03:17.07]That is their mastery
[03:18.49]Their area of perfection
[03:20.21]It doesn't matter what you decide
[03:22.17]It's more important that you decide and go deep it
[03:24.83]It's crazy
[03:25.37]When i say that i know that for a lot of people
[03:27.91]They don't want to hear that
[03:28.93]Because it sounds like it sounds hard
[03:31.36]It sounds like it's going to take a lot of time in the answer is yes
[03:34.68]That's the point
[03:35.62]You have to build the skill
[03:37.88]That other people find valuable
[03:39.78]Nothing valuable has ever comed easy
[03:42.86]Because it makes it valuable
[03:44.88]If i could buy any
[03:46.66]Watch any
[03:47.40]Purse any car
[03:48.64]Then it's not valuable
[03:49.80]Because it's not hard to get
[03:51.20]If anything when i look at new skills
[03:52.78]I get to develop to get to my new level
[03:54.58]Because new levels
[03:55.32]New dedevils the harder
[03:56.52]It is the more excited i get
[03:57.96]Because it tells me how few people are actually going do the work to learn that thing
[04:01.73]If you want to make so much money
[04:03.19]That it feels like cheating
[04:04.37]You're gonna have to put a lot of time into the skill to master your craft
[04:08.18]Which brings us to the second way to make so much money
[04:11.35]It feels like cheating the game of life
[04:13.17]Never charge for your time
[04:14.79]Always charge for the result
[04:16.38]It's interesting to me
[04:17.29]Because people may pay me six figures for one hour of my time
[04:20.75]They're not paying for the message
[04:23.03]I'm delivering
[04:23.71]They're paying for the value that they'll get
[04:25.79]They're paying for the braand association
[04:27.29]They're paying cell ticfor for people
[04:29.03]The thethe're paying for building a relationship with me getting advice on their business
[04:33.08]It's my twenty eight years of entrepreneur experience
[04:36.44]Condense not only into the one hour
[04:38.06]Keinnote
[04:38.74]It's the time we get to spend together working on their event
[04:42.84]That's what i get paid for imagine your factory owner a machine breaks down
[04:46.92]You call an electrian to fix it
[04:48.74]The electrician walks in he xks a machine for five minutes
[04:52.32]Fikes out a small hammer and taps a very specific spot fixes a machine
[04:57.66]He hands your invoice for ten thousand dollars and the honor your boss is surprised ten thousand dollars for five minutes work
[05:04.73]That's insane
[05:05.71]The electrican goes it's one hundred dollars for the time in the tap
[05:09.07]It's nine thousand nine hundred dollars for knowing where to tap see the mistakes is have people people pay for your time
[05:14.89]You want them to pay you for the outcome
[05:16.77]The result impact of your work
[05:18.67]If you're not going paid
[05:20.03]What you feel feel deserve ve ygottta go become more valuable
[05:23.43]You're not solve big enough problems
[05:25.13]If you charge for time
[05:26.95]You punish your own efficiency
[05:28.45]Because there's no incentive to get better be more effective in that time frame
[05:32.90]Because
[05:33.08]Because that's what i get paid
[05:34.04]So if anything being slow wed means i make more money
[05:37.22]That's a bad place to get to
[05:38.64]Because i want you consider der y how do i use ai to automate this
[05:41.86]How do i hire better team members
[05:43.36]How do i become a better leader
[05:44.58]So that i can get everybody producing more in a short amount of time
[05:48.02]Because i'i get tting paid the same thing and still get results from my clients
[05:51.86]Because do you get people to pay for the outcome first off define a clear and specific this idedo helping them with one thing not ten
[05:59.74]Some people
[06:00.23]Boy like i can do everything
[06:01.61]I can be everything
[06:02.61]Everybody
[06:02.85]The promise for everything to everybody
[06:04.43]You're nothing great
[06:05.81]Any one person pick one specific thing that you can do a not or socks off
[06:09.95]The second is designing a process
[06:12.03]The guarantees and outcome for example
[06:14.09]When i coach people i sat down and created a system
[06:17.01]Where ask myself if they only follow certain pieces will they get results in the answer is yes
[06:22.63]I can think of the five deally unnegotiabves these five steps that if you follow you guarantee to grow your business
[06:28.49]They give it this way ask yourself
[06:29.85]The ite if you only got paid
[06:32.16]If you're climb got the result
[06:34.06]How would you design the process
[06:35.90]Number three you get to sell value not the price value isn't always the cost kk value is the time invested from their own
[06:44.40]How fast you can get it to them
[06:46.04]How bigger an impact you can have the experience that they're going to have working with you
[06:51.10]What it tells them about themselves hiring you
[06:53.80]If you've got a brain and reputation
[06:55.54]It's you rest how value is very subjective to the buyer
[06:58.74]But you as the seller can can potion yourself to acactually increase percseve value
[07:03.99]Which brings us to the third way to make so much money
[07:06.51]It feels like cheeking the game of life
[07:08.59]Cash flow is more important than cash piles
[07:11.31]You know it's crazy
[07:12.25]I know a lot of cripdoe millionaires that made a lot of money back in the day
[07:17.39]When they bought cheap in the prices gone up
[07:19.01]And it comes down in their side
[07:20.07]They make more money
[07:20.85]Because it goes back up again
[07:22.15]But what happens as they created this cash pile
[07:24.83]That they think it's going to make them happy
[07:27.21]But
[07:27.41]But now they a pripriononer their own creation ation they no do
[07:30.44]They not want to spend it
[07:31.40]Because i worried about what
[07:32.40]What that's going to really be worth in the future ture havenven't figured out
[07:35.76]How to develop the skill to become rich
[07:39.46]This is not a moment in time
[07:41.42]Where you just get an influx of money make king money is actually quite easy
[07:44.94]It's keeping it that's hard and trusting yourself
[07:47.28]That you become the person who can easily attract that kind of money
[07:50.82]It's not about how much you made
[07:53.14]It's about how consistently you can make it
[07:56.42]If i'd developthe skills to make money money
[07:59.16]And you take everything away for me
[08:01.47]I can get right back where i was
[08:02.93]I don't have to worry or be dependent on anybody else
[08:05.57]That's why it's so important to focus on value creation over time
[08:10.15]Not these points in time
[08:11.41]A lot of folks that cancel anything once for a lot of money they run to that
[08:16.13]And i get it
[08:16.85]Sometimes you need to do that to fund your business
[08:18.73]What's more valuable
[08:20.17]When you think a business models
[08:21.73]I get tting paid every month a long period of time
[08:25.13]Time it crecrease predicability
[08:26.73]I can predictably higher predictably vast predictly plan and predictively save my money
[08:33.00]If there's a subscription component that's my background in software taught me that at seventeen years old
[08:38.00]It taught me how to build businesses
[08:39.90]That i did know at the time that allowed me create ate al valvalue in the because not just get one rich ich
[08:45.42]And that was reasreason
[08:46.38]Why was able to sell ll three companies in ten years for so much money
[08:49.60]It is because i understood how to create long term cash flow
[08:52.68]It's so rarazy
[08:53.46]But a business doesn't fail because of profits
[08:56.58]It It ils
[08:57.20]Because it
[08:57.62]It uns out a cash
[08:58.58]I can't
[08:58.88]Can't pay people with profits
[09:00.87]People talk about e bida
[09:02.25]Eebdaae bida
[09:03.57]E bidlike like literally those the faprivate equity folks
[09:06.25]That's their favorite language in the world
[09:08.01]Why because they use that
[09:09.31]That fud debt
[09:10.35]And that's where the cash flow needs to be
[09:12.07]I'm telling you
[09:12.81]You don't fail in business
[09:14.65]When you run out of profits
[09:16.01]If you can make your payments
[09:17.55]Then you're out of the game
[09:18.57]But i found interesting about my billionaire mentors is that they think in flows not total als
[09:23.45]They could care less about total assets
[09:25.59]They care about how much that asset produces in cash flow
[09:29.69]That they then can use and do other things with it see a hundred cape per month is more impressive than a millionaire
[09:35.64]Some people that made a million in your sit not a million
[09:37.96]They don't know how to spend a million
[09:39.24]If you make a hundred thousand per month
[09:41.14]You're making a million every ten months
[09:43.32]And if you know how to repeat that and create that
[09:45.78]That's what made you a millionaire
[09:47.44]Not the money in the bank
[09:49.04]Which brings us to the fourth way to make so much money
[09:52.20]It feels like cheating the game of life
[09:54.16]Stop counting other people's money
[09:56.08]The kids
[09:56.46]He says
[09:56.86]Goall it counting people's pockets
[09:58.40]Let's stop that i member one time i went to my body's event
[10:01.73]And i wet a guy name rob
[10:02.95]And it was like with in thirty six seconds
[10:05.31]He wanted to tell me about how much money
[10:07.03]That i was making
[10:07.87]And that i was making
[10:08.95]And no did you hear about this persononline
[10:11.01]I heard he did this much in his launch ing this person's making this much money per month
[10:14.61]He knew more about how much money
[10:16.32]Everybody elsewas making than his own freaking business
[10:19.45]He couldn't tell me how much money made that day
[10:21.25]That week
[10:21.89]That month
[10:22.43]He couldn't be able to tell me what is translying out for the year
[10:25.51]Isn't it fascinating
[10:26.91]Looking around councouneverybody body success instead of asking how much did i make today
[10:32.44]How much am i making this month
[10:34.28]What do i need to do to increase my profit
[10:36.52]The focus on your own financials is how you get rich
[10:40.98]What's interesting to me is the people that you're jealousa
[10:44.22]That you count their money
[10:45.32]Used to be just as broke as you
[10:47.10]What changed
[10:47.92]They decided to put their understanding of financials
[10:50.60]First see you don't win by wishing or hoping you win by working
[10:55.28]You win by doing
[10:56.46]The rhythm of success
[10:58.04]Specifically when it comes to money money
[10:59.90]The he is is don't compare your chapter three to somebody else is chapter thirteen
[11:05.05]It does a matter after twenty they could have started when they were ten
[11:08.55]And they got ten years chapter ten in their entrepreneal journey
[11:12.77]And you're starting at forty five
[11:14.57]And you're only years in
[11:15.91]And you think that they're doing better than you
[11:17.53]Youyou're only three
[11:18.75]And they're only ten
[11:19.57]You can
[11:20.05]It doesn't work like that
[11:21.65]So if you want to make so much money
[11:23.39]It actually feels like cheating check your own money
[11:25.83]It's one check your bank account
[11:28.09]Daily i get a daily cash money
[11:29.89]It for every one of my companies in my inbox with the subject line telling me the cash position of weirtaa
[11:36.54]Even my personal
[11:37.38]I literally have somebody that manages
[11:39.06]I'm talking my home assets and revenue uning
[11:41.70]I mean works just like a business
[11:42.96]And i've track all of that
[11:44.44]So i know where every penny is now i don't have to do
[11:46.60]Because i pay somebody do it
[11:47.70]But you want to make sure that you personally logging your back account
[11:51.56]Look at the numbers
[11:52.34]Look at the credit card satements
[11:53.42]Look at your cash positions
[11:54.38]Look at your savings
[11:55.10]Can make sure that you can keep a pollse
[11:57.26]What's happening the second thing is you have to have weekly pillars
[12:00.35]I measure myself
[12:01.43]Every friday on seven key pilars one of them is money
[12:04.69]What does money mean for me
[12:05.81]I asked myself the question one out a ten
[12:08.19]How did i do on the money side
[12:09.39]Do i make some money
[12:10.31]Do i save some money
[12:11.37]Do i some strategic planning around my investment
[12:13.47]And i look at a bunch of deals like i just ask myself
[12:15.83]And i add a nine or ten or ammatter four four five
[12:18.29]And if i have have a low ore ore do one one
[12:20.51]And to increase my money score for the next week
[12:23.25]And if want
[12:23.57]Want to ararn other
[12:24.11]Other six ililars
[12:25.13]It's at the end of my book by back ackyour time in the bonus sections a weekly section tions
[12:29.39]I've been doing for decades
[12:30.88]That helps me stake focus on the most important parts of my life
[12:33.54]Number three is monthly pnl like actually sit down to your profit in loss statement for your own personaccount t not hard you can google a simple template
[12:42.14]But putting as a thing in there an honoring that process of counting our money
[12:46.32]Which sounds super not fun is how you're going to get rich
[12:49.44]Which brings us to the fifth and last way to make so much money
[12:52.52]It feels like cheaing use money as a tool
[12:55.06]Not the goal this once fascinating i grew up with a kid and his dad has food truck
[13:00.93]And he did everything in cash
[13:02.33]Now he came from another country
[13:03.83]And he didn't trust the banks
[13:05.11]But essentially he worked every saturday and all week long for this food truck to make all the money
[13:10.67]To support his family
[13:11.45]But he did this four decades
[13:14.19]I think he's still doing it now forty
[13:16.27]Forty two years later he worked all week
[13:19.25]Prepping
[13:19.97]Driving selling
[13:21.45]He hardly saw his family
[13:22.91]He would drive two hours away
[13:24.73]Four hours away to special events just to sell his food
[13:27.67]And i member my friend tell me that all the cash
[13:30.42]Because the cash business he saved in the house and he hit all over over place
[13:34.14]And he thought is that ad was so rich
[13:35.94]And was like
[13:36.54]Like Oh
[13:37.30]No key
[13:37.80]That he didn't understand is is gotta use money as the tool
[13:41.24]Not the point
[13:42.20]It's not about save in a bunch of money
[13:44.00]It's about improving your life in your life situation
[13:47.02]It's understanding how to use it as a tool for leverage
[13:50.38]So that could have took that money and hire somebody to buy back sometime
[13:54.40]So that he could start being more efficient and thinking through how he works instead of just creating himself a low paying job
[14:00.71]If you actually look at the total hours he work per week
[14:03.83]And what he generated sure he provided for family
[14:06.65]But he could have been so much further ahead if you understand how to use it not just hold it in his how you see money doesn't change you
[14:12.99]It just amplifies who you are
[14:14.91]And the truth is if you're looking for freedom
[14:17.37]Freedom isn't found in your bank account
[14:19.89]It's found in your calendar
[14:21.63]The goal of money is to buy back your time
[14:24.33]So you can spend more time doing the things you love
[14:26.63]That's why i spend so much money hiring people to support my ii want to do two things
[14:32.46]I either want to end end time with people i love or create in a way
[14:35.68]That's unique to who i am anything else i would rather deploy money to get leverage
[14:41.56]So that i can be more of me
[14:42.94]And that's what i have people like
[14:44.36]And
[14:44.70]And betty and sam and todd essentially team martel that give me back literally forty fifty sixty hours a week each so i can be here helping you
[14:54.70]It honestly breaks my heart
[14:56.26]When i see really well meaning entrepreneurs working themselves literally to that
[15:00.71]If they don't know how to have people support them
[15:03.67]Especially the assistant role they like
[15:05.71]If i hide somebody
[15:06.57]What would they do the only way you'll end up making so much money
[15:10.01]That it feels like cheating is by making the process fun and exciting
[15:14.33]You have to do what feels like play the other people see as work feels like play
[15:20.79]Looks like play
[15:22.37]Els like play
